Regular Season Round 4: Atlanta - Philadelphia 124-119

JBL top team - Atlanta (5-0) added another victory to their record. This time they beat eighth ranked Philadelphia (1-4) 124-119. Atlanta forced 25 Philadelphia turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Atlanta brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Philadelphia was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a quality performance of Nigel Chaney (188-98) who helped to win the game recording 36 points (!!!) and 5 assists and center Corey Boyd (206-98) who added 21 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks during the contest. At the losing side point guard Devin Haid (193) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and Marquis Johnson (193-99) scored 23 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Atlanta have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 5-0 record. Philadelphia at the other side stay at the bottom place with four games lost. Atlanta will play against Los Angeles (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Philadelphia will play against Houston (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
