Regular Season Round 5: Houston - Seattle 98-125

The game in Houston supposed to be also quite interesting. Third ranked Seattle (5-3) played at the court of 6th ranked Houston (3-5). Seattle smashed Houston 125-98 on Saturday. Seattle forced 26 Houston turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Anthony Carmon stepped up and scored 23 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and Jerell Springer (198-99) chipped in 26 points and 9 rebounds. Jordon Myers (193-98) responded with a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and swingman Curtis Hollis (198-98, college: Hutchinson CC) produced a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds. Five Seattle and four Houston players scored in double figures. Seattle have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 5-3 record behind leader Los Angeles. Loser Houston keeps the sixth position with five games lost. Seattle will face Chicago (#7) on the road in the next round. Houston will play against the league's leader Los Angeles and hope to win that game.
