JBL top team - Los Angeles (6-2) added another victory to their record on Saturday. This time they beat seventh ranked Chicago (2-6) 130-122. Los Angeles forced 26 Chicago turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Los Angeles made 12 blocks. The best player for the winners was guard LiAngelo Ball (196-98, college: UCLA, agency: Slash Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 54 points (!!!), 16 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Lamelo Ball (196-1, agency: Slash Sports) chipped in a double-double by scoring 47 points (!!!), 15 rebounds and 7 assists. Lenell Watson (191-99) produced a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds and swingman Harrison Rieger (193-98) added 29 points and 14 rebounds respectively for the guests. Five Chicago players scored in double figures. Los Angeles have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 6-2 record. Chicago lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with six games lost. Los Angeles will meet Houston (#6) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Chicago will play against Seattle and hope to secure a win.
