Semi-Finals Game 1: Los Angeles - New York 127-124

Los Angeles survived a tough challenge from New York to reach the championship game. New York was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Los Angeles made 35-of-43 free shots (81.4 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 New York turnovers and outrebounded them 70-52 including a 34-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Los Angeles made 9 blocks. 26 personal fouls committed by New York helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of guard LiAngelo Ball (196-98, college: UCLA, agency: Slash Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 55 points (!!!), 16 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals. Greg Floyd (207-99) contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Guard Jameer Killing (188-98) answered with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 10 rebounds and guard Morissana Camara (186-99) added 17 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for New York. Five Los Angeles and four New York players scored in double figures.
