Not a big story in a game when Vysocina (0-2) was defeated on the road by BK Prostejov B (2-0) 96-83 on Friday. BK Prostejov B made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 23 Vysocina turnovers. Strangely Vysocina outrebounded BK Prostejov B 50-35 including 17 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Frantisek Vana (192-98) scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Slovakian Juraj Palenik (199-0) chipped in 19 points during the contest. BK Prostejov B's coach Andrej Cervenka used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Jiri Bubak (194-84) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists and center Pavel Ciha (201-92) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. Five BK Prostejov B and four Vysocina players scored in double figures. BK Prostejov B will face Ostrava (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Vysocina will play against Pardubice and hope to win that game.
