Regular Season Round 3: Kronberg - Koblenz 65-107

Not a big story in a game when Kronberg (0-2) was outscored at home by Koblenz (2-0) 107-65 on Saturday. Koblenz dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Kronberg's 34. Koblenz forced 22 Kronberg turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Kronberg's players. It was a good game for Serbian forward Milan Trtic (201-86, agency: HMS) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Steffen Haufs (188-95) contributed with 8 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Coach Josip Bosnjak's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Darian Ceh answered with 14 points and 9 rebounds and swingman Jonathan Arnold (195-92) added 16 points in the effort for Kronberg. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Koblenz will face Karlsruhe SC (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Kronberg will play against Mannheim and hopes to get finally their first victory.
