Rather predictable result when SKB Zlin (2-0) smashed at home Ostrava (0-2) 85-61 on Sunday. SKB Zlin made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. SKB Zlin outrebounded Ostrava 42-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. Center Tomas Voslajer (211-90) had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) to lead the charge for the winners and guard Jan Krutilek (189-95) chipped in 24 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Four SKB Zlin players scored in double figures. Matous Kurecka (192-0) responded with 17 points and guard David Jakel (180) scored 7 points. Ostrava's coach Patrik Smazak gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. SKB Zlin will face Olomouc Bbal on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ostrava will play against BK Prostejov B (#1) and hope to win that game.
