Regular Season Round 3: Boet - Esparreguera 70-68

Not a big story in a game when Esparreguera (1-2) was edged on the road by Mataro Parc Boet (3-0) 70-68 on Saturday. However just two-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Mataro Parc Boet forced 19 Esparreguera turnovers. It was a good game for American Nick Moore (198-91, college: Nyack) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. Dutch swingman Raidell De-Pree (198-97, college: Kankakee CC) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Mataro Parc Boet players scored in double figures. Forward Ruben Morales (193-85) answered with 21 points and 8 rebounds and Marc Raventos (-93) added 7 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Esparreguera. Esparreguera's coach Oscar Navarro tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Mataro Parc Boet will face Igualada on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Esparreguera will play against Cornella (#13) and hope to win that game.
