Thirteenth-ranked Rosenheim (1-4) made lots of trouble for top-ranked Oberhaching (6-0) in Deisenhofen on Sunday. Oberhaching managed to secure only one-point victory 84-83. However their fans expected much easier game. Center Moritz Wohlers (203-84, college: Mont.St.-Billings) scored 24 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Christian Hustert (192-94) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Jguwon Hogges (173-86, college: Oregon Tech) with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and Italian forward Roberto Malpede (198-88) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Oberhaching have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position in South-East with 6-0 record. Rosenheim lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth place with four games lost. They share the position with Bad Aibling. Oberhaching will meet league's second-placed Topstar in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Rosenheim will play against TSV Troester (#4) and hope to win that game.
