Regular Season Round 5: Vysocina - Olomouc SK 110-72

Very expected game in Jihlava where bottom-ranked Olomouc SK (0-5) was crushed by fifth ranked Vysocina (3-2) 110-72 on Sunday. Vysocina dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Olomouc SK's 24 and made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Vysocina especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Olomouc SK's players. The victory was the third consecutive win for Vysocina. They moved-up to fourth place in East, which they share with Zlin. Olomouc SK lost their fifth game in a row. They still close the standings with five games lost. Vysocina will face higher ranked Novy Jicin (#3) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Olomouc SK will play against Ostrava (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
