Bottom-ranked Spartak SP-2 (0-4) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fourth consecutive match to seventh ranked Lokomotiv-2 (2-2) 83-73. The game was mostly controlled by Lokomotiv-2. Spartak SP-2 was better in fourth quarter 20-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 29 personal fouls committed by Spartak SP-2 helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Alexandr Shcherbenev (188-0) orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points and 8 assists. Guard Zakhar Vedischev (196-0) contributed with 27 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Guard Nikita Tikhonov (190-99) answered with 22 points and 4 assists and guard Pavel Kirienko (196-98) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Spartak SP-2. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Lokomotiv-2 moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Unics-2. Spartak SP-2 at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. Lokomotiv-2 will have a break next round. Spartak SP-2 will play at home against Enisey-2 (#10) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
