Regular Season Round 6: BK Decin - USK Praha 68-65

Important game to mention about took place in Decin. Sixth ranked BK Decin (4-2) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 8th ranked USK Praha (2-4) 68-65 on Saturday evening. It was a good game for American forward Klint Carlson (201-94, college: N.Iowa) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Ondrej Siska (190-93) contributed with 8 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American guard Raheem Appleby (191-93, college: Louisiana Tech) replied with 20 points and 5 rebounds and Serbian power forward Filip Vukosavljevic (201-83) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for USK Praha. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. BK Decin moved-up to third place, which they share with BK Opava. USK Praha at the other side keeps the eighth position with four games lost. They share it with NH Ostrava and BK Kolin. BK Decin will play against league's second-placed BK Pardubice on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. USK Praha will play against NH Ostrava (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
