This time MLP Academics Heidelberg used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Schalke 75-64. The best player for the winners was guard Niklas Wuerzner (196-94) who scored 13 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. American guard Jaleen Smith (193-94, college: New Hampshire) chipped in 15 points. American guard Courtney Belger (187-89, college: Quincy) produced 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and swingman Tibor Taras (197-97) added 10 points respectively for the guests. Five Schalke players scored in double figures. Schalke's coach Raphael Wilder tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. MLP Academics Heidelberg have a solid three-game winning streak.
