Round 7 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Real Murcia (5-2). They were edged by sixth ranked Azuqueca (4-3) 67-64 on Saturday night. Azuqueca forced 19 Real Murcia turnovers. It was a great evening for Nigerian forward Jeffrey Solarin (193-92, college: Idaho St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 17 rebounds. Montenegrin forward Mihailo Radunovic (204-96) helped adding 16 points. Four Azuqueca players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Connor Beranek (198-94, college: Nebraska-Kearney, agency: Duran International) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds and Nigerian forward Tosin Mehinti (206-94, college: UAB) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds. Real Murcia's coach Rafael Monclova rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Azuqueca moved-up to fifth place in Silver. Real Murcia at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Bodegas RV. Real Murcia will play next round against league's leader Villarrobledo trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Azuqueca will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked Girona Basquet on the road.
