Higher League top team - Rivne-OSHVSM (10-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Politekhn.Lvov (5-7) 92-65. The game was mostly controlled by Rivne-OSHVSM. Politekhn.Lvov was better in fourth quarter 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rivne-OSHVSM dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Politekhn.Lvov's 20. They outrebounded Politekhn.Lvov 47-28 including a 37-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Rivne-OSHVSM players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Politekhn.Lvov's players. Rivne-OSHVSM have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-0 record. Politekhn.Lvov lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with seven games lost. Rivne-OSHVSM will again play against Politekhn.Lvov (#6) in Lviv in the next round where they are favorite.
