U19 League top team - USK (10-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Slavoj (1-9) in Praha 99-41. USK dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Slavoj's 22. USK forced 21 Slavoj turnovers and outrebounded them 41-19 including a 32-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. USK players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Slavoj's players. The winners were led by Slovakian Marcel Batovsky (189-0) who scored that evening 20 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) and swingman Patrick Samoura (195-0) supported him with 13 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Five USK players scored in double figures. Even 8 points by Tomas Bohuslav (189-1) did not help to save the game for Slavoj. Point guard Daniel Musil (176-2) added 6 points and 5 rebounds for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. USK have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-0 record. Slavoj at the other side keeps the eleventh place with nine games lost. USK will play against Kondori (#9) in Liberec in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Slavoj will play on the road against Nymburk to get more than just one victory in their record.
