Very expected game in Jiangsu where 14th ranked Monkey Kings (6-13) were defeated by fifth ranked Sharks (13-6) 111-103 on Thursday. Sharks made 28-of-34 free shots (82.4 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Sharks made 7 blocks. Monkey Kings were plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Jimmer Fredette (188-89, college: BYU) who helped to win the game recording 48 points (!!!), 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals and Argentinian-Spanish power forward Luis Scola (206-80) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest.
