Regular Season Round 23: Shimane SM - Kagawa FA 69-64

Everything went according to plan when third ranked Shimane Magic (16-8) beat at home 6th ranked Kagawa FA (6-17) 69-64 on Saturday. It was a great evening for Hungarian Rosco Allen (208-93, college: Stanford, agency: Pensack Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 17 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Hiromu Kitagawa (182-91) helped adding 16 points and 5 assists. American guard Terrance Woodbury (201-87, college: Georgia) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import forward Reginald Warren (204-81, college: W.Florida, agency: Inception Sports) scored 6 points and 13 rebounds. Kagawa FA's coach Kohei Etoh tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Shimane Magic. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with 5 other teams. Kagawa FA lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the fifth place with 17 games lost. Shimane Magic will face again Kagawa FA (#6) in Takamatsu in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
