Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Latvian Riga/LU (7-3) smashed at home 10th ranked Polish TBV Start (4-6) 88-67. The game without a history. Riga/LU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 61.2 percent from the field. 24 personal fouls committed by TBV Start helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for guard Niks Salenieks (185-0) who led his team to a victory with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Roberts Berze (194-1) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Riga/LU players scored in double figures. Guard Bartlomiej Pelczar (186-0) answered with 29 points and guard Jan Piliszczuk (185-0) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for TBV Start. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Riga/LU. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Tsmoki and Myerscough.
