Regular Season Round 11: Ohrid AV - Pelister Bitola 69-77

Pelister Bitola has finally registered their first victory this season after eight consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Ohrid, where they defeated Ohrid AV (3-7) 77-69. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman Gabe Bealer (198-95, college: Utah) who led the winners and scored 32 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Ty Harris (188-91, college: Columbus St.) accounted for 18 points and 7 assists for the winning side. Serbian center David Miladinovic (207-97, agency: Interperformances) came up with 16 points and 9 rebounds and American forward Kevin Hill (201-92, college: New Orleans) added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Ohrid AV in the defeat. It was the only win of guest team this round and in all other games host teams recorded victories. Pelister Bitola (1-8) left bottom position moving up to tenth place, which they share with Shkupi. Ohrid AV at the other side dropped to the eighth position with seven games lost. Pelister Bitola will play against higher ranked Feni Industries (#5) in Kavadarci in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ohrid AV will play on the road against the league's second-placed Rabotnicki and will have a slim chance for a victory.
