Regular Season Round 16: Kralovsti sokoli - BK Kolin 88-74

Bottom-ranked Kralovsti sokoli managed to get a second victory. This time newly promoted Kralovsti sokoli won against ninth-ranked BK Kolin in Hradec Kralove 88-74. Kralovsti sokoli players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by BK Kolin's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Slovakian power forward Peter Sedmak (207-85, agency: 011 Sports) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 9 rebounds. Serbian guard Pedja Stamenkovic (190-88, agency: 011 Sports) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. American forward Alex Thompson (203-95, college: Samford) replied with 19 points and 7 rebounds and Montenegrin center Milos Pajovic (205-94) added 13 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) in the effort for BK Kolin. Five Kralovsti sokoli and four BK Kolin players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Kralovsti sokoli maintains twelfth position with 2-14 record. BK Kolin at the other side keeps the ninth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Brno. Kralovsti sokoli will play against league's leader CEZ Nymburk on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. BK Kolin will play against the league's second-placed Basketbal Svitavy (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
