Division A top team - Apoel (9-3) added another victory to their record. This time they beat fifth ranked AEL (4-9) in Nicosia 84-79. AEL was ahead by 11 points at the halftime before a 47-31 second half run of Apoel. They also forced 19 AEL turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by AEL's players. Americans were the main players on the court also this time.
