The game in Vodochody supposed to be also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked LOKO Trutnov (7-5) played at the court of 8th ranked Basket Slovanka MB (4-9). LOKO Trutnov did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 79-59. American point guard Brittany Carter (183-93, college: Illinois) notched a double-double by scoring 25 points and 15 rebounds to lead the effort and Anna Rylichova (173-99) supported her with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. LOKO Trutnov's coach Michal Martisek allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 16 points and 16 rebounds by power forward Monika Satoranska (188-93) did not help to save the game for Basket Slovanka MB. Swingman Andrea Ondrouskova (175-1) added 13 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. LOKO Trutnov maintains sixth position with 7-5 record. Basket Slovanka MB at the other side keeps the eighth place with nine games lost. LOKO Trutnov will play against higher ranked Zabiny Brno (#4) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Basket Slovanka MB will have a break next round.
