Very important is a road loss of third ranked Oviedo CB (13-9) against fourth ranked Melilla Baloncesto (14-8) on Friday night. Visiting Oviedo CB was defeated by Melilla Baloncesto in a tough game in Melilla 69-74. Worth to mention a great performance of Brazilian center Felipe Dos-Anjos (218-98) who helped to win the game recording 10 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Txemi Urtasun (192-84) contributed with 11 points and 4 assists for the winners. Melilla Baloncesto's coach Alejandro Alcoba allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Finnish guard Roope Ahonen (186-90, agency: Blacktop Management) replied with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and Dutch forward Joey van-Zegeren (208-90, college: Northwestern) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Oviedo CB.
