There was an upset when higher ranked Tuebingen II (9-10) was edged on the road by thirteenth ranked Fellbach (6-13) 74-72 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was Lasse Steinort (195-94, college: Kirtland CC) who scored 16 points. Swingman Fabian Ristau (189-89) chipped in 9 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Nils Schmitz (190-1) who recorded 19 points and point guard Daniel Zacek (180-1) added 20 points respectively. Tuebingen II's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Fellbach moved-up to eleventh place in South-West, which they share with Kronberg.
