Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Kaysersberg (9-15) lost at home to eighth ranked Feurs EF (12-14) 82-76 on Saturday. Feurs EF forced 21 Kaysersberg turnovers. Kaysersberg was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for point guard Louis Prolhac (175-91) who helped to win the game recording 20 points. Guinean forward Cedric Mansare (198-85) contributed with 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Lithuanian center Adomas Drungilas (203-90) answered with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and Senegalese forward Elson Mendy (200-85) added 16 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Kaysersberg. Four Kaysersberg players scored in double figures. Kaysersberg's coach Fabien Drago rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Feurs EF moved-up to sixth place in Group A. Kaysersberg at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the tenth position with 15 games lost. Feurs EF will face higher ranked Saint Vallier (#3) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Kaysersberg will play against Charleville-Mezieres (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
