We should mention about the upset which took place in Caen, where higher ranked ADA Blois (10-10) lost to seventeenth ranked Caen (6-15) in a road game 54-71. Guard Gaetan Clerc (189-91) nailed 12 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and American forward Jordan Tolbert (201-92, college: SMU) accounted for 14 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Ivorian-American swingman Charles Abouo (196-89, college: BYU) came up with 12 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Tyren Johnson (202-88, college: La-Lafayette) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for ADA Blois in the defeat. ADA Blois' coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Caen moved-up to sixteenth place, which they share with Aix-Maurienne. ADA Blois at the other side dropped to the ninth position with ten games lost.
