Very important is a home loss of first ranked Vendee Challans (19-6) against eleventh ranked Toulouse (11-14) on Saturday night. Host Vendee Challans was defeated by Toulouse in Challans 87-72. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Vendee Challans. Toulouse made 23-of-30 charity shots (76.7 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Vendee Challans helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was swingman Tony Housieaux (199-89) who scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. American power forward Keonta Vernon (198-94, college: Grand Canyon) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals.
