Very expected game in Krasnoyarsk where 10th ranked Enisey-2 (5-32) was crushed by fourth ranked Unics-2 (22-15) 92-72. It looked good early as Enisey-2 took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Unics-2 had a 39-19 second period charge getting the lead and Enisey-2 was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 72-92. Unics-2 made 25-of-32 charity shots (78.1 percent) during the game. They also forced 27 Enisey-2 turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. 26 personal fouls committed by Enisey-2 helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for Artem Ivanov (193-98) who led his team to a victory with 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Kiril Poponin (198-98) contributed with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Unics-2's coach Andrei Kibenko allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Center Danik Dyakov (205-0) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and guard Danil Dergachev (185-98) added 11 points and 5 assists in the effort for Enisey-2. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Unics-2 maintains fourth place with 22-15 record. Enisey-2 lost their fourth game in a row. They dropped to the bottom. Unics-2 will have a break next round. Enisey-2 will play again at home against Unics-2 (#4) and hope to win that game.
