The most surprising game was a loss of Koshigaya A. (3-1) on the court of Tokyo Cinq R. on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by Tokyo Cinq R. 81-77. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American players dominated the game. Forward Chris Olivier (203-92, college: Oklahoma St.) orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 9 rebounds. Center Joe Wolfinger (216-85, college: Citadel) contributed with 9 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Kyle Richardson (201-91, college: Portland St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 18 rebounds and Josh Peppers (201-85, college: Cent Florida) added 15 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Koshigaya A.Four Koshigaya A. players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Tokyo Cinq R. is looking forward to face Kagoshima (#5) in Renova in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
