A Bundesliga top team - Kapfenberg Bulls (24-8) added another victory to their record on Sunday. This time they beat seventh ranked Hallmann (15-17) in Vienna 62-56. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Hallmann. The guests trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they rallied back winning two of next three quarters and won the game by 6 points. They outrebounded Hallmann 50-37 including 16 on the offensive glass. American guard Marck Coffin (193-91, college: Idaho Coll.) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds. The other American import guard Elijah Wilson (193-94, college: Coastal, agency: Mansfield and Associates) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American power forward David Haughton (198-91, college: Purchase) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks and the former international Jason Detrick (195-80, college: Oklahoma) added 22 points in the effort for Hallmann. Kapfenberg Bulls have an impressive seven-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 24-8 record. Hallmann at the other side dropped to the sixth place with 17 games lost. They share the position with Arkadia. Kapfenberg Bulls are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Furstenfeld Panthers (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
