Gernika rallied past Valencia to force decider. The game was mostly controlled by Gernika. Valencia was better in fourth quarter 9-7. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great shooting night for Gernika especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 64.3 percentage. American guard Courtney Williams (173-94, college: S.Florida) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 9 rebounds. Lithuanian guard Kamile Nacickaite (181-89, college: Drexel) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Point guard Anna Gomez (181-86) replied with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and American forward Joy Brown (180-93, college: Iona) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Valencia.
