Handlova held off Levice to force the decisive fifth game in the series. Handlova shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. 27 personal fouls committed by Levice helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard KC Ross-Miller (183-91, college: Auburn) who helped to win the game recording 32 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and Czech forward Filip Halada (198-92, agency: 011 Sports) who added 24 points during the contest. At the losing side Serbian forward Nikola Gacesa (206-87, college: TCU) responded with 16 points and 6 rebounds and American forward Steven Davis (203-93, college: Wright St.) scored 13 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Levice's coach Teo Hojc rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
