Lattes Montpellier overcame Landes to take 1-0 lead. Lattes Montpellier made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Lattes Montpellier outrebounded Basket Landes 42-22 including a 19-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. International center Helena Ciak (197-89) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and Ornella Bankole (181-97) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. Four Lattes Montpellier players scored in double figures.
