Kouvot snatched a road win over Pyrinto to spur ahead in the series. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 93-85. Kouvot made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Tampereen Pyrinto helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American Brian Asbury (201-86, college: Miami, FL) fired a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners.
