Den Bosch eased past Amsterdam to advance into the semifinal stage. It looked good early as Amsterdam took a 2-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Den Bosch had a 29-1 second period charge getting the lead and Amsterdam was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 62-94. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Amsterdam to just 1 points in second quarter. Den Bosch dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Amsterdam's 28 and made 24-of-31 charity shots (77.4 percent) during the game. Den Bosch players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Amsterdam was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. American point guard Keshun Sherrill (175-94, college: Augusta, agency: Interperformances) notched 20 points and 5 assists to lead the effort and the other American import forward Jonathon Williams (198-90, college: Wagner) supported him with 14 points and 5 rebounds. Five Den Bosch players scored in double figures. Even 22 points by the former international point guard Aaron Roye (184-88) did not help to save the game for Amsterdam. The former international swingman Dimeo Van-Der-Horst (197-91) added 10 points and 6 assists for the hosts.
