Kutaisi upset Dinamo in Tbilisi to regain the lead in the series. Dinamo Tbilisi was ahead by 6 points at the halftime before a 45-19 second half run of Kutaisi. They made 31-of-38 charity shots (81.6 percent) during the game, while Dinamo Tbilisi only scored ten points from the stripe. Dinamo Tbilisi was plagued by 30 personal fouls down the stretch.
