CAM E.Soler outrebounded Gandia 53-32 including a 21-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Gandia was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American Donta Smith (196-86, college: Tarleton St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 21 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Alberto Artiles (192-97) helped adding 22 points. CAM E.Soler's coach Javier Nieto allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was naturalized American center Shalawn Miller (205-74, college: UMass Lowell) with 20 points and 5 rebounds and Luis Ferrando (185-96, college: Mount Olive) scored 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
