Saint-Chamond fired past Orleans to even the series at 1-1. Saint Chamond looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Swingman Lucas Hergott (200-97) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Point guard Mathieu Guichard (187-88) contributed with 16 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Saint Chamond players scored in double figures. Nigerian-American forward Michael Fakuade (201-89, college: Ill.-Springfield) replied with 14 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Gaylor Curier (197-92) added 18 points in the effort for Entente Orleans 45. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
