AEK topped Peristeri GS on the road to even the Bronze medals series at 1-1. The guests trailed by 7 points at the halftime before their 47-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. AEK forced 23 Peristeri GS turnovers. Strangely Peristeri GS outrebounded AEK 42-18 including a 32-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Ghanian-American forward Ben Bentil (206-95, college: Providence) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds and the former international forward Panagiotis Vasilopoulos (202-84, agency: Octagon Europe) added 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Peristeri GS. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
