Dominican Republic rallied past Jamaica to secure the semifinal berth at the tournament. Dominican Republic piled up a 59:30 halftime lead. They added 56 points in the second half to roll to the win. Juan de los Santos delivered 22 points and 11 rebounds, while Jean Montero added 23 points and 10 steals in the win. Joshua Minott replied with 19 points for Jamaica.
