Semi-Finals Game 2: Shaanxi X. - Anhui W. 107-116

Anhui rallied past Shaanxi on the road to open 2-0 advantage. It looked good early as Shaanxi X. took a 7-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Anhui W. had a 31-17 second period charge getting the lead and Shaanxi X. was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 107-116. Shaanxi X. was plagued by 33 personal fouls down the stretch. American power forward Dakari Johnson (213-95, college: Kentucky) notched a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 20 rebounds to lead the effort and American-Montenegrin point guard Taylor Rochestie (185-85, college: WSU) supported him with 28 points and 9 assists. Anhui W.'s coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 37 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds by American forward Troy Gillenwater (205-88, college: N.Mexico St.) did not help to save the game for Shaanxi X.. His fellow American import Shabazz Muhammad (198-92, college: UCLA) added 18 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the hosts. Five Anhui W. and four Shaanxi X. players scored in double figures.
