Regular Season Round 4: Metros STGO - Leones SD 90-96

LNB top team - Leones SD (4-0) added another victory to their record on Tuesday. This time they beat fifth ranked Metros STGO (1-3) in Santiago 96-90. Leones SD made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Naturalized American forward Justin Satchell (203, college: St.Leo) fired a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Guard Manuel Fortuna (188-85) chipped in 25 points and 6 rebounds. Four Leones SD players scored in double figures. Guard Brandone Francis (196-95, college: Texas Tech) produced 22 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Adris De-Leon (180-84, college: EWU) added 22 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Leones SD have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record, which they share with Reales LV. Loser Metros STGO dropped to the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with Indios SFM. Leones SD will meet at home league's second-placed Reales LV in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Metros STGO will play against Soles SD in Santo Domingo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
