LNB top team - Reales LV (7-0) added another victory to their record. This time they beat sixth ranked Indios SFM (1-6) in San Francisco 97-91. Reales LV made 29-of-33 charity shots (87.9 percent) during the game. Indios SFM was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Americans were the main players on the court. It was a quality performance for swingman A.J. Davis (206-95, college: UCF) who led the winners and scored 24 points. Guard Qiydar Davis (198-93, college: Indiana St., agency: SDJ Sports) accounted for 21 points and 4 assists (made all of his seven free throws) for the winning side. Davis is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Swingman Paris Bass (203-95, college: Detroit Mercy) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists and center Brian Williams (208-87, college: Tennessee) added 10 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Indios SFM in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Reales LV have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 7-0 record. Indios SFM lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with six games lost. Reales LV will play against Leones SD (#3) in Santo Domingo in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Indios SFM will play on the road against Caneros Del Este in La Romana and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
