Quite upsetting was Pardubice's home defeat in a game versus Zlin 75-70. Zlin shot 25 for 34 from the free-throw line, while Pardubice only scored eight points from the stripe. Forward Jakub Jokl (206-96, college: Utah) fired a double-double by scoring 24 points and 16 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Forward Martin Vanak (198-87) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. Ondrej Vycha (196-99) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Lukas Brozek (186-98) added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Pardubice players scored in double figures. Pardubice's coach Adam Konvalinka tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Zlin will meet at home BCM Orli in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Pardubice will play against Opava 2010 (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
