Regular Season Round 3: Easo - La Fecha 65-49

Easo used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Arroyo Encomienda 65-49 on Saturday night. Easo held La Fecha to an opponent 21.3 percent shooting from the field compared to 42.9 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded La Fecha 49-37 including 40 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for forward Asier Azpeitia (192-98) who led his team to a victory with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Center Inigo Sarasola (207-95) contributed with 8 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Guard Millan Lopez (185-94) answered with 17 points and 9 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) and guard Eduardo Castano (186-0) added 9 points in the effort for La Fecha. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Easo will face Arha Hoteles (#12) in Santander in the next round which should be an easy win for them. La Fecha will play at home against Tabirako (#15) and hope to win that game.
