Indios outgunned Metros to ensure the first victory in the title series. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Metros STGO won third quarter 32-28. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Indios SFM made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. American guard Greg Foster (188-89, college: Saginaw Valley) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 assists. The other American import swingman Paris Bass (203-95, college: Detroit Mercy) contributed with 26 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Center Eloy Vargas (211-88, college: Kentucky, agency: Duran International) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks and American forward Reyshawn Terry (203-84, college: UNC) added 25 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Metros STGO. Five Indios SFM and four Metros STGO players scored in double figures. Metros STGO's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
