Regular Season Round 4: Alba - Szedeak 95-83

Date: October 18, 2019
Bottom-ranked Szedeak (0-4) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their fourth consecutive match to fifth ranked Alba (3-1) 95-83. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Szedeak's players. The winners were led by American guard Carlton Guyton (193-90, college: Kent St., agency: HMS) who scored that evening 28 points and 6 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) and Serbian guard Marko Ljubicic (195-87, agency: PEPI SPORT) supported him with 12 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals. Alba's coach Jesus Ramirez used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds by Croatian forward Ante Krapic (203-85) did not help to save the game for Szedeak. Serbian guard Milos Milisavljevic (193-93) added 16 points and 5 assists for lost side. Five Alba and four Szedeak players scored in double figures. Alba moved-up to third place, which they share with DEAC. Szedeak at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with JP-Auto JKSE. Alba will play against KTE-Duna (#10) in Kecskemet in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Szedeak will play at home against JP-Auto JKSE (#13) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
