Regular Season Round 3: Roseto Sharks - A.Costa IM 82-66

There was no surprise when A.Costa IM (0-3) was defeated on the road by Roseto Sharks (2-1) 82-66 on Sunday. Roseto Sharks made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American forward Khadeem Lattin (206-95, college: Oklahoma) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds. Croatian Leo Menalo (206-2) chipped in 11 points and 8 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Four Roseto Sharks players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Anthony Morse (206-94, college: Tenn Tech, agency: Two Points) who recorded 16 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and the other American import point guard Timothy Bowers (188-82, college: Mississippi St.) added 13 points respectively. Roseto Sharks will face Tezenis VER in Verona in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. A.Costa IM will play at home against UCC Piacenza (#13) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
