Very important is a road loss of third ranked Aishin Sea Horses (3-6) against fourth ranked Toyota Alvark (5-2) on Saturday night. Visiting Aishin Sea Horses were defeated by Toyota Alvark in a tough game in Tokyo 84-92. Toyota Alvark looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. American center Alex Kirk (211-91, college: N.Mexico, agency: Pensack Sports) stepped up and scored 26 points for the winners and his fellow American import forward Kevin Jones (206-89, college: WVU) chipped in 19 points and 7 rebounds. The best for the losing side was the former international center JR Sakuragi (206-76, college: UCLA) with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and American power forward Davante Gardner (203-91, college: Marquette) scored 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Toyota Alvark and five Aishin Sea Horses players scored in double figures. Aishin Sea Horses' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Toyota Alvark have a solid series of three victories in a row. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Hitachi SRT. Loser Aishin Sea Horses keep the third position with six games lost. They share it with Toyama G..
